Plenty of contractors hide prices behind contact forms. We do the opposite: every service page shows its indicative range, and this page collects them all. The exact quote is itemized and free after a site survey — but you should be able to compare before messaging anyone.

What actually moves the price

Size and capacityA 2×2 m family sauna and a commercial room running 12 hours a day are different worlds — volume drives the framing, insulation and heater class.
Interior materialsWestern red cedar is the premium choice; Scandinavian spruce and thermowood cost less; combined-material builds bring the entry point down to IDR 40 million.
Heater and controlsA 6–9 kW Harvia, Sawo or Tylo with its controller is the priciest import after the wood. A replacement heater, installed, runs IDR 15–35 million.
Electrical workHeat-resistant SiHF wiring, a dedicated breaker with ELCB, and a PLN upgrade to 7700–11000 VA when needed — billed at official PLN rates and paid by the owner; we handle the paperwork.
Site logisticsImported materials arrive via Jakarta/Surabaya warehouses within 1–2 weeks. Remote sites like Berastagi or outer Deli Serdang add a transport line to the quote.

What the price includes

A free survey and measurements, then a 3D design with an itemized quote — you see exactly what you pay for.

Complete materials and installation: framing, insulation, aluminium-foil vapour barrier, imported wood panelling, benches, an 8 mm tempered-glass door and lighting.

Safe electrics: heat-resistant SiHF wiring, a dedicated breaker and an ELCB — plus help with the PLN upgrade when your capacity needs it.

A full test heat-up at handover and a written 2-year structural warranty; heaters carry a 1–2 year factory warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Why ranges instead of fixed prices?

Because size, materials, heater class and the state of your wiring genuinely change the total. The ranges here come from real 2025–2026 projects; your exact itemized quote is free after the site survey.

Is the PLN power upgrade included?

No — the upgrade is billed at official PLN rates and paid by the homeowner; we handle the paperwork together. If upgrading is impossible, a 1.7–2.4 kW infrared cabin is usually the answer.

How does payment work?

Once the 3D design and quote are approved, a 50% deposit starts the project and the imported materials are ordered. The balance is settled at handover, after a full test heat-up together with you.

What does running a sauna cost per month?

At 2–3 sessions a week: a dry sauna costs about IDR 200–500K a month, an infrared cabin IDR 100–250K, a steam room IDR 300–600K. The full breakdown is in our sauna cost guide.
