Imported materials land at Belawan port in 1–2 weeks from Jakarta or Surabaya; for a Deli Serdang build we stage the full kit — timber, heater, glass, wiring — and deliver in planned consolidated runs, coordinated with estate security or the hotel’s receiving schedule. Installation days are fuller and fewer. The RAB shows transport as its own honest line instead of vanishing into ‘miscellaneous’.

The kabupaten shares Medan’s 24–33°C and ~80% humidity, so every build gets the aluminium-foil vapour barrier, the ventilated air gap behind panelling, balanced intake and exhaust airflow, 8 mm tempered glass doors and a guarded heater. The survey is free, the final RAB follows it, and any PLN power upgrade — komplek connections vary — is paid by the owner at PLN tariffs with our help on the paperwork. For commercial operators we also quote realistic running costs; as a reference point, a residential dry sauna runs an indicative 200–500 thousand IDR a month at 2–3 sessions a week, with commercial figures scaled to actual operating hours in the RAB.
